Frequent contact areas such as door handles, air conditioning and television controls, faucets, lighting switches and elevator buttons in our guest rooms and general areas are continuously disinfected in accordance with hygiene standards.
Our rooms are all disinfected as standard preparation between check-out / check-in.
Before check-in you can request with our front desk that your room will not be entered during your stay, so that all further requirements will proceed with the door-to-door procedure.
Our service partners who provide airport and city transfer services will implement The Stay’s hygiene measures of Covid-19 so that the service is still available to guests in all aspects of their stay with us.
Your suitcases will be taken from the vehicle and will be cleaned and disinfected before being taken to your room.
Since all of our POS machines are open to contactless payment, we recommend that you pay by credit card.
All of our suppliers and purchasing chains are constantly audited and our operations are managed within the framework of exacting standards for Covid-19.
Our ventilation systems continuously monitors and cleans the air in accordance with the Ministry of Health standards, ensuring guests are only breathing in healthy air.
Disinfectants are available for everyone throughout the hotel grounds to use before and after contact.
