SANKAI TUNA MADNESS MARKED A FESTIVAL-LIKE NIGHT ON THE BOSPHORUS

Sankai by Nagaya, which presents the elegance of Japanese cuisine against the dazzling view of the Bosphorus, hosted a special gastronomy event on the roof of Bebek Hotel. During the event, accompanied by DJ rhythms, Michelin-starred chefs, Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya and Chef Hiroko Shibata, skillfully cut and instantly served a freshly caught giant tuna, with a special tasting menu offered for the night.
